Cellhire prides itself on unbeatable customer service and will give you the tools to maximise your sales and knowledge. Cellhire’s innovative Partner Portal enables partners access to SIM Management, Commercials, Marketing and Training.
SIM Management Portal
As a Cellhire Partner you will be able to control your entire connection base through the SIM Management Portal. The portal puts you in control, secure 24x7 web-based access to tariffs, provisioning, barring, call rates, CDRs, call detail, invoicing, and unbilled call information to help you manage risk, bill efficiently and respond to customer queries.
Completely secure, the Portal provides full control of SIM functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Function capabilities available to users on a permission basis include the barring and unbarring of multiple SIMs, setting bundle allowance alerts and spend caps with SMS alerts, across multiple network providers.
For full visibility, audit logs are available on the Portal that detail all user activity in relation to SIM function actions. Every user action is recorded and can only be accessed dependant on role-based permissions.
Directly integrated with multiple MNO networks, the Portal receives live feeds from the networks allowing users to view and query network statuses in real-time.
Atlas Billing System
Cellhire has an unrivalled billing system processing millions of calls from a host of mobile networks around the globe and backed by a strong UK-based development team. Partners can expect the benefits of a powerful multicurrency billing engine combined with regular CDR provision in a simple, unified format, and can provide API integration – making it easy to integrate into any third-party billing software. Atlas is ISO 27001 certified.
Training, support & development.
Training & Development is available through the Partner Portal, on site at Cellhire premises, or we can arrange training to be carried out at your premises, covering commercial awareness, product knowledge, customer support and technology support.
Marketing collateral
The Partner Portal provides a variety of network specific marketing collateral, including presentations, cheat sheets, infographics, email templates, product knowledge and case studies. Marketing material is available, as well as network guides, network stories and social media packs.
