I purchased this card in mid-February for a trip commencing in March. When the card arrived, I noticed the expiration date was in early March, weeks before our trip started. I contacted customer service and expressed my disappointment and concern.

Mr. Henry (VP of Operations at Cellhire) was in contact with me the next day and explained that the packaging expiration date was for internal security to prevent misuse of the network. He verified my card and confirmed it would be operational on arrival in Europe.

I installed the card in my Samsung S21 5G FE while en route using the instructions provided and verified the phone's settings. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, I powered up and was connected to the network in about 2 minutes. I used the phone throughout the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Switzerland with most connectivity at 4G-5G... even in fairly remote areas.

This SIM card was a great value. I would buy it again and highly recommend.

I used this when cruising around Italy from the Mediterranean to the Adriatic Sea. Every port had good coverage in Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia. I used my phone as a hotspot and the speed was very good. It was easy to get it working on my Pixel 8. I didn't have to change any network settings.

I tried to use the SIM in a WiFi hotspot, but it could never connect. There must be some setting on the hotspot I missed.

When I first received the SIM, the package had an expiration date that had already passed. I emailed Cellhire support and got a reply within an hour. After a couple of emails with the VP of operations, he made sure my SIM was correctly provisioned and assured me it would work. I was very pleased with the response and efficiency of Cellhire support.

I got this for travel to Finland so I could easily keep in touch with family and friends while abroad. This saved me money from relying on my current carrier for service and gave me all the freedom and connectivity I needed.

It was easy to install on my Pixel phone. I simply replaced my SIM with this one and followed the easy instructions on the package, and I was running at high speed immediately.

Great cost for the amount of data and speed provided. I never got close to running out of data and was always able to connect when I needed or wanted. This allowed me to easily use local transport, connect to many new areas, and talk to family and friends.

Customer service from Cellhire was great as well. This was not my first interaction with the Cellhire team; I have had the pleasure of working with them before. And once again, I had a great user experience and interaction with the team for any support I needed!

Overall, I would definitely use this again. I was able to share WiFi with this, stay connected locally and abroad. The cost was great, and the ease of use was exactly what I needed.
