1. CELLHIREのアプローチ

1.1 Cellhireは、申込者のプライバシーに対し、真剣に取り組みます。下記、Cellhireの明確に述べられているのは、お客様から提供されるての個人情報の取り扱いに関する管理方針です。もしも、Cellhireがウェブサイトの個人情報管理方針を変更する場合は、Cellhireは、Cellhireが収集する情報　Cellhireは　ウェブサイトに掲載の個人情報管理方針に変更がある場合は、Cellhireは、お客様がCellhireがどのような個人情報を回収するか、また、情報の活用方法を明確にご理解頂けるように変更箇所を提示します。

1.2お客様がCellhireウェブサイトにアクセスし、Cellhireがクッキー（Cookie）を使用して入手した情報以外は、お客様は、個人情報を開示することなく、Cellhireウェブサイトを閲覧することができます。（第５条を参照下さい。）

2. 個人情報の取り扱いについて

2.1お客様の個人情報はお客様の承諾のもと、回収されます。

2.2名前、住所、また、個人情報詳細を含むお客様の個人情報は、 Cellhireにより取り扱われます。

2.3Cellhireは、個人情報、または、個人情報が含まれる文書をCellhireグループ内の会社（認可された通信会社、クレジットカード会社を含むサービス会社）に双方向で、開示することがあります。

2.4Cellhireは、米国法規に基つき犯罪行為防止のため、お客様の個人情報を開示する必要がある場合があります。

2.5Cellhireは、お客様の承諾無しに、第三者への個人情報の開示は行いません。

3. 品質

Cellhireは、お客様の最新の個人情報が正確に、お預かりできるように適切な、段階を踏んでいます。

4. 処理手続きの目的

Cellhireグループ（認可された通信会社、そして、サービスプロバイダー）は、注文配達や、注文調達、お客様の身元確認と配達住所の確認、デビット/クレジットカードでの支払いの認証や、お客様認可の取引に関する運営にお客様の個人情報が必要となります。また、Cellhireは、特別奉仕プログラムやマーケティング情報をお客様に提供したり、顧客調査や、製品開発を行います。もしも、お客様がマーケティング・広報情報を受け取りたくない場合は、第８条に記載のCellhire連絡先に宣伝活動の名簿から除外するように要請できます。

5. クッキー（Cookies）

6. 安全対策（コンピュータシステム）

6.1Cellhireウェブサイトは、セキュリティ関し、万全を規しています。Cellhireウェブサイト上には、スクリーンの下部分に鍵やURLのアドレスバーに"https"の表示はありませんが、ウェブサイトは安全です。ウェブサイトの安全性は、ご注文ページを右クリックし、“Properties”を選択頂くと確認頂けます。

6.2とは異なり、Cellhireはお客様の情報が電信されるというインターネットの性質上、お客様の情報がインターネットを通して送信されるときは、Cellhireのコントロール外のところを通過することになります。この間に、お客様の情報が不正にアクセスされたるあるいは失われたとしても、Cellhireは、一切の責任を負いません。この場合、個人情報がインターネット上で開示された際は、他のインターネット利用者から未承諾の連絡がある場合があります

7. お客様の個人情報へのアクセス

お客様は、Cellhireが保持する個人情報のコピーを要求する権利があります。また、お客様の個人情報に誤りがあった場合、訂正する権利があります。お客様個人情報のコピー発行の際には、小額の料金が発生する場合があります。コピー発行を要請される場合は、第８条にある連絡先までご連絡下さい。

8. アンチ-スパミングポリシー

8.1 弊社はいかなる違反も容赦しないアンチ-スパミングポリシーを実行しています。このポリシーに基づき、以下の事項を禁止します：
-メールのヘッダーなど送信または、企業のコンピュータシステムを経由して送信される内容の素性を偽装するような個人識別を操作すること
-第３者の許可なしに第３者のメールサーバーを利用し、Eメールを中継すること
-未承諾のメールまたは添付などの送信を販売促進を目的とし、弊社のコンピューターシステムを利用または利用させること。宣伝を目的とした資料、ＵＲＬ、”ジャンクメール”、”チェインレター”、”ねずみ溝”などアップロード、投稿、Ｅメール、送信するまたは有効にする可能性のある、いかなる形式での未承認勧誘を含む。
-未承諾または未承認の資料送信を目的とし、”ロボット”を使用すること、また弊社のサーバーから他人のEメールアドレスを搾取すること
-同様のメッセージ、ＵＲＬをアップロード、投稿、Ｅメール、送信すること、また何度も投稿すること
-顧客から事前に同意を得ずに我々の顧客データベースに第３者が接触させること
-事前の同意なしに弊社の顧客以外に販売促進またはマーケテイング資料をＥメールすること
-事前の同意なしに、契約の基づきＥメールの受信を拒否している弊社の顧客に販売促進またはマーケテイング資料をEメールすること

8.2 情報の利用　個人識別情報は５つの主な目的に基づき、弊社が収集、利用することと致します。
-製品、サービスの発注一連業務の履行
-その内容のカスタマイズ化
-特別なオファーや新製品のお知らせ。マーケティング資料の受信拒否はいつでも可能です。
-課金、発送状況
-メンバーシップとサービス同意の履行と維持

8.3 情報の共有　弊社はお客様の個人識別情報をこのプライバシーポリシーにある概要以外に交換、販売、借をは致しません。以下のような状況な場合のみ個人識別情報を共有させていただきます。
-お客様から情報共有の同意を得ている場合
-お客様からの製品、サービスにかんする発注を履行するために第三企業への情報提供が必要な場合。 例えば、輸送会社、クレジットカード会社またはサービスパートナーなど。（お客様への同意なしに、これらの企業が弊社のアシストに必要なこと以上の個人識別情報を使用する権利はありません）
-裁判所令状、召喚令状または訴訟手続きに応じ、合法的に情報の提示を要求された場合
-弊社がお客様の行動が弊社との契約にあるご利用ガイドラインの概要を違反していると判断した場合
-弊社はお客様に同意を求める前に情報を提示する必要のある緊急事態が発生する場合もあると感じています。例えば:家庭での緊急事態時の照合

8.4 リンク　弊社ウェブサイトは他のウェブサイトへのリンクを掲載しています。他企業が所有、操作しているサイトのプライバシーポリシーに関しては弊社では責任を負いかねます。弊社のウェブサイトから出られる際は個人識別情報を収集する各ウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご一読ください。本プライバシー方針は弊社が収集した情報と、お客様が他のウェブサイトへのリンクに移行した際個人的また安全にとどまった情報のみに適用されます。

1. CELLHIRE'S APPROACH

1.1 Cellhire takes the privacy of its Customers seriously. Set out below is the Cellhire privacy policy, which governs the way in which Cellhire processes any personal information that the Customer provides. If Cellhire changes the privacy policy for the Website, Cellhire will post those changes here so that the Customer will always know what information Cellhire gathers, how Cellhire may use that information and whether Cellhire will disclose it to anyone.

1.2 The Customer can access the Cellhire home page and browse the site without disclosing any personal data, apart from the information collected by cookies that Cellhire use (See section 5 below).

2. WHO MAY PROCESS DATA

2.1 Personal information will only be collected with the Customer's consent.

2.2 The Customer’s personal information (which includes name, address and any other details provided by the Customer to Cellhire which identify the Customer as an individual) may be processed by Cellhire.

2.3 Cellhire may disclose or receive personal information or documents about you to/from other companies within the Cellhire group, its authorized carriers and its service providers including Credit Reference agencies.

2.4 Cellhire may be required to disclose personal information or documents about a customer if required to do so by law in the prevention of criminal activities in accordance with US legislation.

2.5 Cellhire will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent.

3. QUALITY

Cellhire will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information that is held is accurate, complete and up to date.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Cellhire, other Cellhire group companies, its authorized carriers and service providers will use the Customer's personal information for the purpose of administering Cellhire's relationship with the Customer, such as, order fulfillment, verifying the customer’s identity and delivery address, authorizing debit/credit card payments and processing any other transactions authorized by the Customer. Cellhire may also wish to inform Customers of special offers, undertake product or customer research/development and provide other marketing information to the Customer which Cellhire thinks the Customer may find of interest. If a Customer does not wish to receive any marketing information they may request that their details are excluded from any promotional activity by contacting Cellhire at the address displayed in section 8 below.

5. COOKIES

A small file may be sent by Cellhire to the Customer's computer when the Customer visits Cellhire's Website. This will enable Cellhire to identify the Customer’s computer, track their behavior on Cellhire's Website and to identify the Customer's particular areas of interest so as to enhance the Customer's future visits to this Website. Cellhire may use cookies to collect and store personal data and link information stored by cookies with personal data the Customer supplies to Cellhire. Save for the use of cookies, Cellhire does not automatically log data or collect data apart from information the Customer specifically provides to Cellhire. The Customer can set their computer browser to reject cookies but this may preclude the Customer's use of certain parts of the Website.

6. SECURITY MEASURES

6.1 The Cellhire Website is secure. The security of the Website can be verified by simply right-clicking on the order page and choosing "Properties". This shows the URL and that the connection is SSL with 128 bit encryption.

6.2 Notwithstanding section 6.1 Cellhire cannot guarantee the protection of Customers' personal data transmitted electronically due to the nature of the Internet. Customers should be aware that when personal information is disclosed on the Internet it may be collected by another user and may result in unsolicited messages from other Internet users.

7. ACCESS TO CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Customer has the right to request a copy of all the personal information Cellhire holds about them (a small fee may apply) and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please address requests to Cellhire at the address in section 8 below.
